Q1: How can I find my tracking number?

A1: After your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking information. You can also find the tracking details by logging into your Coltcraft account and viewing your order history. If you're having trouble finding it, please contact us at support@coltcraft.com.

Q2: How long does shipping take?
A2: Domestic shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note, orders require 1-2 days for processing before they ship. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your patience.

Q3: How can I change my shipping address?
A3: If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can email us your order number and new address to support@coltcraft.com. Please act quickly, as orders move fast through our system, and once shipped, we cannot change the address.

Q4: My order status is "Fulfilled." What does this mean?
A4: "Fulfilled" means your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier. You'll receive tracking information to follow your order's journey to you. If it's marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check around your delivery location or with neighbors before contacting us for assistance.

Q5: Can I cancel my order?
A5: Orders can be canceled as long as they haven't been processed by our warehouse or picked up by the courier. Please email support@coltcraft.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Q6: How do I place an order?
A6: Browse our site and add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart. Proceed to checkout when you're ready. Unfortunately, we don't accept orders over the phone or via email at this time.
